Stained carpets in the hallway and lifts give a poor first impression. Workmen wandering around outside our window on the roof, causing discomfort and invasion of privacy.

Great Thanksgiving stay in the heart of the action! Kitchen had all the necessary utensils for our feast. Conveniently located near all the attractions, making it easy to explore and find entertainment. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy, and the concierge services were a huge help in suggesting things to do.

The bed was too firm for my liking, but luckily I brought a foam pad. Views were a bit disappointing due to the surrounding buildings, but the location made up for it.
